1. The administrator of your personal data is Fundacja „Fantastyczne Inicjatywy”, KRS number: 0000509498
2. The legal basis for data processing is your consent. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, providing personal data is a condition for cooperation.
3. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:
   1. cooperation in the creation of the Łódź Fantasy Festival Kapitularz 2023
   2. use of data in materials advertising and promoting the Łódź Fantasy Festival Kapitularz 2023
   3. availability to partners and entities cooperating with the Foundation to the extent necessary for the realization of the Łódź Fantasy Festival Kapitularz 2023
4. Your personal data will be valid until December 31, 2023 (end of settlement of the Lodz Fantasy Festival Kapitularz 2023)
5. You have the right to:
   1. access your data and receive a copy thereof;
   2. rectification (correction) of personal data;
   3. data portability;
   4. deletion of data;
   5. restriction of data processing, except for the situations indicated in Article 23 of the GDPR;
   6. object to data processing;
   7. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
   8. withdraw consent at any time in the event that data processing is based on such consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
